Our Commitment

We stand behind every piece we make. If you're not satisfied with your order, we're here to make it right.

Return Window

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

Eligible Items

• Defective or damaged items (print error, fabric defect, manufacturing fault)
• Wrong item sent (incorrect size, colour, or design)
• Items that do not match the product description

Non-Eligible Items

• Items ordered in the correct size/colour but that no longer fit
• Sale or final-sale items (marked at checkout)
• Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
• Orders with incorrect address provided by the customer

How to Request a Return

Email hello@sanjore.com with:

• Your order number (e.g. SJ-XYZ123456)
• A brief description of the issue
• A photo of the item if it is defective or incorrect

We aim to respond within 2 business days. Once approved, we will provide return instructions and cover the cost of return shipping for defective or incorrect items.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund is issued.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange an item for a different size if stock permits. Please note that as all items are printed to order, exchanges may take 7–14 business days.
