Acceptance of Terms

San Joré is operated by SJVV LLC. By accessing or using sanjore.com you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this site.

Products & Pricing

All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse service at our discretion. Product images are for illustration purposes — slight variations in colour may occur due to screen calibration and print processes.

Orders & Payment

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. We accept major credit/debit cards via Stripe.

Print-on-Demand Nature

All San Joré apparel is produced to order through Printify's fulfillment network. As such, cancellations are only possible before production begins (typically within 24 hours of ordering). Please contact us immediately at hello@sanjore.com if you need to cancel.

Intellectual Property

All designs, graphics, logos, and brand assets on this site are the intellectual property of San Joré. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.

User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or its systems
• Submit false or misleading information
• Interfere with the operation of the site

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, San Joré shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or our products. Our total liability in any matter is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted. Continued use of the site constitutes your acceptance.
