Order Processing

All San Joré apparel is printed to order by Printify's global fulfillment network. After your order is confirmed, production begins within 2–4 business days. You will receive a dispatch notification with tracking information once your order ships.

Estimated Delivery Times

• Standard (US): 5–7 business days after dispatch
• Standard (UK / EU): 7–14 business days after dispatch
• Standard (Rest of World): 10–20 business days after dispatch
• Express: 2–3 business days after dispatch (available at checkout)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons or due to carrier delays.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, the items in your order, and your chosen delivery method. Standard shipping is free on orders above $99.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships you will receive an email with a tracking number. Use the link provided to follow your package in real time. If you have not received a tracking email within 5 business days of ordering, please contact us at hello@sanjore.com.

Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total. San Joré has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. San Joré is not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect address information. Contact us immediately at hello@sanjore.com if you need to update your address — we can only make changes before production begins.
